Three stages of development in e-government

The main subject of this thesis is three development stages of eGovernment at USA, EU and Czech level. The aim of this thesis is to identiy different trends and attitudes in the process of electronization of administrative agendas. It analyzes the relevant legislative documents and key initiatives, which contributed to the development of eGovernment at the local level of the examined regions. The last chapters of this thesis also contains a brief outline of the future of eGovernment.

Property crime with the focus on theft

According to the name, my bachelor's thesis analyses property crime focusing especially on theft. First, I describe property crimes (part V of the criminal code), their general characteristics, possible division and then there are mentioned another parts of the criminal code or another laws that have connection with property crimes. However, the most important aim of my thesis is to deal with theft (§ 205 of the criminal code). I am focusing on the concept of theft, its general characteristics and development stages. Afterwards, I am comparing the crime theft with theft as a minor offence. The last chapter of my bachelor's thesis describes all the crucial distinctions between crimes theft and robbery. The whole thesis is based on case law.

This thema is about basic methods and technics of drama education, next topics are about education, pedagogue and a pupil personality.

Aim of this thesis, called ?Forms and methods psychological help?, the theory defined psychological help as a potential tool of knowledge, as well as finding ways to himself. Key issues are the development stages and related crises, the crisis of mental and psychological support, psychotherapy, helping profession. Examines the practical interest in psychological help, the specific reasons and criteria that are decisive for the choice of this sort of help. It also investigates specific forms, satisfaction, level and awareness.

The Education Team Members Relation as Determinant of Leisure Education Processes

The work deals with relationships among members of an educational team who by their actions affect the entire educational process. The first chapter focuses on a team in terms of its characteristics, development and objectives. Then it attends to cooperation, relationships and trust among members of an educational team. The second chapter deals with concepts of group dynamics, a small social group and in particular developmental stages of a group. The third chapter focuses on interactions inside a small social group and relationships among members of a pedagogical team. It lists risk factors that negatively affect work of teachers and so the entire educational process. This chapter also explains negatives of development stages of a team and their effect on group dynamics of a small group.
